Crime Update – Robbery at Charnley Park

We want to make residents aware of a robbery that occurred recently at Charnley Park on 7th November around 18:15hrs.

A young male was approached by two male offenders and had his electric bike, mobile phone, and bank card stolen. One of the suspects may have been carrying a knife.

Suspect Descriptions:

Suspect 1: Black male, approximately 6ft 1in tall, aged between 15–20 years, spoke with a Birmingham accent. He was wearing a balaclava and dark-coloured clothing.

Suspect 2: Light-skinned male, possibly white or mixed race, aged between 16–17 years, also spoke with a Birmingham accent. He had brown hair and was not wearing a balaclava.

We understand this incident may cause concern in the community. Please be assured that we are actively investigating and increasing patrols in the area.
